Recorded in front of a live studio audience (actually the convention center crew that was taking down tables and chairs) Admiral Watson, Ben Strong, and special guest, from the National Maritime Center, U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant Christy Casey discuss the merchant mariner credentialing process.
