On Tuesday March 15, 2011 Rear Admiral Kevin Cook, director of Prevention Policy, testified on the piracy issue before the House Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation. Admiral Cook's testimony ranged from piracy to mariner safety.
